Protein-packed meal


I thought I would share what I made for dinner last night with you guys. I am trying to do this Joe Wicks “Lean in 15” style of eating where you only eat carbohydrate-rich meals after the gym. I had not been to the gym that evening so I made this. I absolutely love green beans and broccoli, as well as beetroot so this was a tasty and nutritious meal. Beetroot is a good source of iron and the Salmon is rich in Omega-3 acids and protein.

Method:

To cook the salmon I put it on a piece of tin foil and squirted lemon juice over it so that it didn’t dry out. Then I wrapped the tin foil up over it to create a parcel and put it into the oven on 200 degrees for 20 minutes and voilà!
