FOOD: Grilled halloumi, roasted chickpeas, avocado and salad

I normally cook dinner on a Monday as it’s one of the only days I don’t go to the gym. I absolutely love halloumi (and any kind of cheese) so thought I work give this a go. It was a really nice light dinner for a summer evening.

For the salad:

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Rocket salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red paprika
  • Red onion
  • Diced cucumber

Grill the halloumi for five minutes in each side on 200 degrees Celsius.
