Today we had breakfast at this amazing smoothie bowl place called Green Guru. I had the “Yoda”. In the smoothie there was banana, avocado, papaya and fresh spirulina, with a topping of mango, blueberries, banana, coconut flakes, granola, bee pollen and papaya. It was absolutely delicious and all made there and then.
We went down to the beach and watched the surfers and I asked about prices for surfing lessons, which turned out to be 350k (about £17.50) for a one-to-one two hour lesson, which is so cheap.
We then went to the Love Anchor market to find some more bargains. We bought some rings and bracelets, and Elanor bought a nice wicker handbag with a leather strap.
We ate lunch at In the Raw and had avocado toast with eggs.
We then walked all the way back to the hostel (because we are too scared to drive mopeds here) and had a couple of beers before heading out for dinner at Motion – a fitness food restaurant. We then headed to Old Man’s for drinks and met some people. After Old Man’s we went down onto the beach and there was a DJ down there and about 300 people. It was great and the waves were coming in and drenching our feet. It felt like I blinked and it was 4am and we thought we should go home as I had booked a surfing lesson at 8am the next day!
